Chel·sea boot

noun

an elastic-sided, ankle-high boot.

The Tan Suede (known as the Grainte) Fulton has a slightly oiled toe, which adds a burnished type look and some appeal.

Note: These may vary on each pair made because our boots are not nearly as oiled as the stock images on GBB’s website.

Chelsea Boots are extremely versatile – they’re a great way to dress up a casual outfit.  We took our grungy look to the next level when pairing these boots with ripped jeans and a hoodie.

The George Brown roots go deep as Brown’s legacy began 138 years ago.  From a low end sales clerk to top salesman, George Brown went on to build a shoe empire in the Midwest and eventually began supplying the US military combat boots during World War I.  Brown stamped his products ‘Brown Bilt’, guaranteeing his shoes would stand the rigors of war.

To honor Brown’s legacy, Gordon Thompson, Nike and Cole Hann veteran, has recently helped reintroduce George Brown Bilt.  After Gordon did some research in the companies archives, which holds every brand catalog since 1878, Thompson decided to focus the redesign on military style.  This modern mens footwear brand is inspired by a line Brown created during WWI.  Their namesake’s commitment to innovation paired with good old fashioned hard work.  The embodiment of the American dream of building something from nothing.  Quite similar to the platform Tailored Avenue was established on.

Make no mistake – these are the Chelsea Boots we have been searching for, selling for $395, these boots are well worth the investment.  Chelsea Boots not your style, check out the rest of the collection here.
